Pants, sizing & pockets
How do I choose a size?
Open the size chart on the product page you are viewing and match your measurements to that style. Waist and length are listed across the range; additional measurements such as hip or inseam are shown where available. Measurements are hand-taken, so allow the tolerance stated on the chart.
Do all styles have pockets?
No. Styles with pockets say so in the product title and details; styles without pockets are also stated clearly.
Are all the pants made from the same fabric?
No. The collection includes cotton, cotton-linen blends and other fabrics. Check the Details and Fabric & care sections on the exact product page before ordering.

How does the offer work?
Add any three eligible pants to your cart and the lowest-priced eligible pair is free automatically. Add six and the two lowest-priced pairs are free. Up to two free pairs per order.
Can I mix colors, styles and sizes?
Yes, as long as every pair is part of the promotion.
Shipping & delivery
How much is shipping?
Orders of $60 or more ship free. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally processed in 1–2 business days. Transit estimates are shown on the Shipping page and product pages; the exact estimate for your address is shown at checkout.
My tracking has not updated. What should I do?
Allow 24–48 hours for the first carrier scan. If tracking has not moved for 5 business days, email us with your order number.
Returns & exchanges
What if I need another size?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will send exchange instructions and the correct return address. Ordinary return shipping is customer-paid unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
What if my item is damaged, defective or wrong?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will review it and arrange a replacement or refund at no return-shipping cost to you.
When are refunds issued?
Once an approved return is received and checked, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers can take additional time to post it.
